By opening an account or otherwise using the ApexPortfolio Capital platform (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you by email or by an in-app notice.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to open an investor account.

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Before you can make a deposit or request a withdrawal, you must complete identity verification by submitting the documents we request.

We may suspend or close accounts that fail verification, submit fraudulent documentation, or that we reasonably believe are being used for unlawful activity.

Investment plans on the Platform display a target rate of return and a fixed term. Actual returns depend on our management of the underlying strategy and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated for that plan.

Investing in stocks, cryptocurrencies, and real estate involves risk, including loss of principal. You should only invest capital you can afford to have locked for the plan term.

Deposits are credited to your investor wallet after review and approval by our operations team.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our operations team. We may request additional verification or delay processing where required by applicable law or by our internal risk controls.

Withdrawals are paid to a destination associated with your verified identity. We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate withdrawal instructions you provide.

The Platform may charge fees on deposits, withdrawals, or specific investment products. Applicable fees are disclosed at the point of the transaction.

You may not use the Platform to launder money, finance illegal activity, evade sanctions, impersonate another person, or circumvent our security controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these prohibitions and report activity to authorities as required by law.

The Platform, its software, branding, and content are owned by ApexPortfolio Capital or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific investment outcome will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApexPortfolio Capital's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or close accounts for violation of these terms, regulatory reasons, or prolonged inactivity, subject to settlement of any open positions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ApexPortfolio Capital is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
