We collect only the information required to open and operate your investor account: your name, email, contact details, identity documents for KYC, and transaction activity within our platform.

We use this information to verify your identity, process deposits and withdrawals, communicate account activity, and meet our legal record-keeping obligations. We do not sell investor personal information to third parties.

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, subject to regulatory record-retention requirements, by emailing support@apexportfoliocapital.com.

Investor accounts are protected by email and password authentication with hashed credential storage. All communication with the platform occurs over TLS.

Uploaded identity documents are stored in a private, access-controlled bucket and are only viewable by our compliance team. Investor data is protected by role-based access controls and row-level authorization rules on our database.

Administrative actions on investor accounts (deposits, withdrawals, KYC decisions, email operations) are recorded to an internal audit trail with actor identity, timestamp, and change details.

Before making a deposit or requesting a withdrawal, investors must complete identity verification by uploading a government-issued photo ID and a proof-of-address document.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation, delay a withdrawal, or close an account where activity is inconsistent with our anti-money-laundering obligations.

KYC decisions are made by our compliance team. Rejected submissions include a reason and can be re-submitted with corrected documents.

We send account-related emails for signup confirmation, password reset, deposit approvals, withdrawal status changes, ROI payouts, investment maturities, and KYC decisions.

These are operational notifications and are not marketing. Unsubscribe links are provided by our email provider and honored automatically.
